THE CANADIAN HUMAN CAPITAL BENCHMARKING SURVEY |

History The Canadian Human Capital Benchmarking Survey This
invaluable tool has become the hallmark of leading organizations worldwide and
those striving to move their performance levels into leading roles. Pioneering
research done by Dr.
Jac Fitz-Enz led to the formation of the Saratoga Institutes around
the world. The Institute
quickly became the leader in developing tools and techniques for measuring the
worth of human assets and the bottom-line contributions of well managed, high
performing workforces in all sectors of the world economic leaders. Saratoga
came to Canada in 1995 and the All Canadian HC Benchmarking Survey
and database was born. In 2001, this suite of products and consulting services
formed the basis of the Canadian Institute of Business and Human Capital
Development. In February, 2004,
Mr. Phil Keller, the primary active principal passed away suddenly, and the
Canadian Institute ceased operations and closed its doors permanently. I
am pleased to announce that by special arrangement, The
Wynford Group will be supporting this critical Canadian business
activity and offer The Canadian Human Capital
Benchmarking Survey and database. Their product will fill the void left by
the Canadian Institute of Business, and is based on the same principles that
the world renowned research that Dr.
Jac Fitz-Enz introduced us to. The
Wynford Group, with its network of consultant across Canada, is well
positioned to serve the needs of Canadian organizations from coast to coast.
Their commitment to product, superior quality control, and proven systems and
data capabilities are the reasons why I am endorsing their support of this
survey. I would encourage any clients of the Canadian Institute of Business and Human Capital Development or former clients of the Saratoga Institute of Canada to continue their participation in this revitalized survey and be included in this exciting initiative.
