• Earlier Delivery Date:

  In response to requests from participants, initial results will be available late August for CSS and mid Sept for Construction surveys!

• Enhanced Systems:

  Wynford has recently initiated a number of system upgrades, including doubling our server capacities, which has increased Wynford’s capability to conduct extensive analysis and has also reduced processing time.

• Graphing Capability:

  Wynford's new graphing output capability will now be available for all 2013 surveys!

>	Gain deeper insights from salary and incentive mixes and differentials with our visual output in the CSS and Construction surveys.
>	Available through Wynford's COMPASS website for custom reports and now visuals!
>	Individual comparison tool for evaluating your organization's data against specific markets.

• Survey Upgrades:

  Since the successful survey season in 2012, Wynford has worked on several new features and process and system improvements:

>	Year over Year Analysis: Expanding upon Wynford's regular national and regional analysis provided in its CSS reports, as well as in the popular Compensation Update events, organizations will now have access to further insights through year over year statistics on individual positions.
>	Usability Optimization: There have been a number of improvements aimed at making our website and surveys more user and time friendly:
	-	New login and survey information portal, which contains all survey position descriptions in one convenient location.
	-	Streamlined data submissions formats.

  In response to requests from participants, we have added a number of new benchmarks that will be posted soon.
