Non-Participant Purchase Terms and Conditions: The non-participant purchasing organization agrees to submit their 2013 data relevant to the surveys purchased. Access to 2012 online reports may be subject to suspension and a reactivation fee if the 2013 data is not received by the survey deadline. By submitting the 2012 data, the purchasing organization is eligible to purchase the relevant 2012 CSS Surveys at the reduced participant rates, although 2013 purchases are not obligatory.
