SURVEY RESULTS ACCESS TERM AND TERMINATION
Survey results site access and term will commence on the effective date of which TELUS Health publishes and assigns authorized organization representatives access to recent survey results. Where, there are multiple organization users then the effective date for the organization is based on the earlier grant access provided. The term duration to access and retrieve results shall not exceed one year (i.e. if user is provided with access on April 1st then termination is March 31st of the following year) and permits only authorized organizations who have purchased survey reports and to its approved organization employees to access. By accessing survey results you understand and agree that TELUS Health reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your access to any survey reports should it determine within its reasonable discretion. By proceeding to log in you acknowledge that you are authorized on behalf of your organization (the purchaser of results) to do so and TELUS Health reserves the right to determine survey eligibility to participate in, purchase and access our surveys.
